Products Introduction
1. TANGGULTANG OYSTER CUTLET
"① From Local Korean Seafood to Global Food
Oysters from Tongyeong, one of Korea’s leading oyster-producing regions, are reimagined in the globally familiar cutlet format. Moving beyond traditional preparations such as raw, steamed, or grilled oysters, the product offers consumers a new and approachable way to experience Korean oysters.

② Convenient Preparation
Oysters, which are cumbersome to prepare and cook, are commercialized as a frozen convenience food after initial heating, allowing consumers to easily finish cooking them using only an air fryer, oven, or deep-fry.

③ Crispy Outside, Plump Inside
The crispy outer coating contrasts with the moist, plump texture of Tongyeong oysters, creating a distinctive eating experience compared with conventional oyster dishes."
