How to Use 
1. Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken pieces dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper if desired. 
2. Mix Batter: In a bowl, combine Chicken Batter Mix 100g with water 140ml~150ml. Stir until the batter is 
smooth. Adjust the consistency as needed by adding more liquid or mix. 
3. Coat Chicken: Dip each piece of chicken into the batter, ensuring an even coat. For extra crunch, doublecoat by dipping the battered chicken into additional flour before frying. 
4. Fry: Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet. Fry the chicken in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Cook until 
golden brown and crispy and drain. Enjoy the fried food. 
Tips for Best Results 
Preheat oil for optimal crispiness, Double cat for extra crispiness, Experiment with additional spices or herbs in 
the batter mix to suit your taste preferences.
