Our strong infrastructure and global distribution network enable us to supply mushrooms worldwide while maintaining optimum freshness.

Products Introduction
1. Enoki mushroom
Enoki mushrooms are characterized by their long, slender stems and small caps. Their crisp texture and mild flavor make them suitable for a wide variety of dishes, including soups, hot pots, and stir-fries.

They contain dietary fiber and B vitamins and are widely regarded as an ingredient that can contribute to a balanced diet.

Enoki mushrooms have been cultivated for many years throughout East Asia, particularly in Korea, China, and Japan. As one of the most familiar mushrooms found on everyday dining tables, they have remained popular across generations.

2. King Oyster Mushroom
King oyster mushrooms belong to the oyster mushroom genus and originated in the Mediterranean and Middle Eastern regions. They grow well in mild and relatively dry environments.

Their thick stems and firm texture remain intact after cooking, making them suitable
 for a variety of dishes.

With their mild aroma and delicate flavor, they are well suited to grilling, stir-frying,
hot pots, and many other cooking methods. Their meat-like texture also makes them
a popular ingredient in vegetarian dishes.

In Korea, advanced cultivation technology and systematic environmental control
systems enable the stable production of mushrooms with consistent quality.

3. Beech Mushrooms
Beech mushrooms are one of the world’s most widely enjoyed cultivated mushroom varieties, and
Korea has strong global competitiveness in their production.

They grow in distinctive clusters and are characterized by a firm yet tender texture and a rich umami flavor.

When used in stir-fries, hot pots, and soups, their distinctive mushroom flavor enhances the overall depth of the dish.

With their balanced texture, subtle aroma, and rich nutritional value, beech mushrooms are a versatile ingredient suitable for a wide variety of dishes.
